Happy Breathing ELEVATED
This online program is an emotional awareness program to develop coherent adults and children through the transformational power of the breath. This is the step to becoming a heart school where staff and children are connected through active listening and heart communication. You will learn 35 curriculum lessons regarding our unique breaths, heart and mind coherence methods, the connection between our emotions and the sensations within our body, and active communication. It includes 8 self-paced modules with LIVE sessions with our founder, Natalia.
